Do you really charge nothing for the home visit?
Yes - the visit, measurement and fabric consultation are completely free, anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi. You only ever pay for the curtains or blinds you order, after installation.
How long does it take from order to installation?
Most made-to-measure curtains and blinds are tailored and installed within 3-7 days of confirming your order. Simple blind installations can often be done even faster.
Do I need to pay a deposit or advance?
No. We work with no advance payment - you pay the agreed amount once your curtains or blinds are installed and you're happy with them.
Which areas do you cover?
We serve all of Dubai and Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi city and its suburbs. If you're in a nearby community, message us on WhatsApp - we can usually arrange it.
Can you match my sofa, wallpaper or existing décor?
That's exactly why we bring the swatch collection to your home. You can hold real fabrics against your walls and furniture in your own lighting before deciding.
What's the difference between blackout and dimout fabric?
True blackout blocks essentially all light - ideal for bedrooms. Dimout (also called 70-90% blackout) softens light without fully darkening the room. We carry both and will show you the difference during your visit.
Do you make curtains for very tall or wide windows?
Yes. Floor-to-ceiling glass, villa double-height windows and full-wall sliders are our daily work. Everything is made to measure, so unusual sizes are no problem.
Can my existing curtains be motorized?
In many cases, yes - if your track or the window space allows a motorized track to be fitted, we can automate new or sometimes existing curtains. We'll confirm during the free visit.
How do motorized curtains get power? Do I need wiring?
Most of our motorized systems use rechargeable battery motors, so no electrician or wall chasing is needed. A single charge typically lasts around six months. Wired options are available for new builds.
How do I clean and maintain my curtains or blinds?
Sheers and most curtain fabrics can be gently machine-washed or dry-cleaned depending on the fabric - we'll tell you which when we install. Blinds usually need only a wipe or light vacuum.
What does the 12-month warranty cover?
All stitching, tracks, mechanisms and motors, plus our installation work. If anything fails in normal use within 12 months, we repair or replace it free.
Do you work with offices and shops too?
Yes - we fit roller blinds, zebra blinds and motorized systems for offices, clinics and retail spaces across the UAE, including out-of-hours installation if needed.
